The Nagano Fan Community is a place where those who love Nagano, or those who simply want to know more about it, can exchange information about the prefecture. In addition, you can find the latest sightseeing information and special offers from Nagano Prefecture.
We also conduct member-only surveys on a regular basis. Participants who complete the surveys are entered to win one of 30 monthly 200-point rewards (only 1 entry per survey / per person is allowed).

No, it's free of charge for both registration and usage of the community.Is there an age limit when joining the community?

I did not receive the registration email needed to complete my community membership registration. What should I do?
Please check your junk or trash folders as the registration completion email may have been sent there. This may happen due to the automatic sorting settings of the email system you are using. In addition, we do not recommend the use of email addresses provided by mobile phone companies (e.g. @docomo.ne.jp) for fan community registration, as there is a possibility the email may not be delivered to these addresses.How do you manage the personal information registered on the community?
The information registered on the community is strictly managed by Koeerü Inc., a company contracted by the Nagano Tourism Organization. Is the registered information properly managed?
Answers to the questionnaires and other statistical data cannot be used to identify individuals. Such data will strictly be used for the marketing and policy purposes of the Nagano Tourism Organization, as well as the companies and organizations that request to conduct surveys.I forgot my login password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" After clicking, please enter your registered email address and click "Submit". A password reset email will be sent to your registered address. From there, please follow the instructions to reset your password.I want to change my email address registered with the community.
Due to security reasons, we do not accept changes to the email address you have registered with the Nagano Fan Community. If you wish to use the community with a new email address, you will need to register again with another email address. Please note however that points earned cannot be transferred between accounts, even if managed by the same person.After redeeming my points for a reward, I haven't received it.
We will send the rewards to your registered email address within 10 business days of the closing date of the period when you redeemed your points. The closing dates are the 10th, 20th, and the last day of the month. Please note that if the 10th, 20th or the last day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the closing date will be the next business day. Amazon gift cards will be sent from agc-orders@gc.email.amazon.co.jp email address while PayPal will be sent from a service@paypal.com email address.
